Integrative Bodywork Therapies
Restoring Flow Through Touch and Presence
I specialize in Integrative Bodywork sessions that combine Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Acupuncture to release and rebalance held physical and energetic patterns. My bodywork weaves multiple modalities including Connective Tissue Therapy, Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, Chi Nei Tsang, Tuina, and Medical Qi Gong. Sessions may be on the table or a mat on the floor, and can focus on a single modality or blend several.
Connective Tissue Therapy is a deep, slow, and specific technique that works with the fascia - the connective tissue network that surrounds and links every structure in the body. When fascia becomes tight or dehydrated, it restricts movement and circulation. Through slow, sustained pressure, the tissue softens and rehydrates, easing pain, restoring mobility, and reconnecting the body as an integrated whole.

Thai Massage and Shiatsu
These traditional Asian bodywork forms balance the flow of energy through meridians (energy pathways) using rhythmic, firm pressure and assisted stretching. Sessions are clothed on a mat or adapted for the table.
Using hands, feet, elbows, and knees, I guide your body through gentle stretches that open joints, release stagnation, and awaken vitality. The result is feeling grounded and enlivened, relaxed and energized.

Craniosacral Therapy
This subtle, profound modality works through gentle touch to release fascial restrictions around the brain, spinal cord, and connective tissues. By attuning to the rhythmic motion of cerebrospinal fluid, Craniosacral Therapy helps restore spinal health, balance to the nervous system and the body’s innate self-healing mechanism. This work often supports trauma release, chronic pain, neurological conditions, and emotional balance. It brings the body into a parasympathetic state, allowing deep unwinding and integration.
My training includes Upledger Institute Craniosacral I & II, SomatoEmotional Release I, Pediatrics, Conception, Pregnancy & Birth, and CST for the Acupuncture Meridians.

Chi Nei Tsang
An ancient Taoist abdominal therapy that translates as “internal organ chi transformation.” Through deep, slow, focused touch on the abdomen, Chi Nei Tsang detoxifies and strengthens the internal organs, and supports the digestive, lymphatic, endocrine systems. It helps clear stagnation, stimulate circulation, reduce chronic pain, realign internal structures, and aid in the release of stored emotional tension.
My training in this modality was with Master Mantak Chia.

Yoga & Qi Gong
Movement as Medicine
As a teenager, I was introduced to Qi - vital life force - through my brother, who was a Kung Fu student. This awakened an awareness of energy flow that was enlivening and grounding. I expanded this in college with Tai Chi, Yoga and Dance, where movement became both healing and creative expression.
I went on to complete my Hatha Interdisciplinary Yoga Teacher Training in 2006, and have taught many Yoga and Partner Yoga classes and workshops. During my years of Chinese Medicine school, while teaching Yoga in a mental health center, I trained in Medical Qi Gong and received my certificate as a practitioner. This enabled me expand the energy work I offer my clients. As a movement practice, Qi Gong is accessible for all as a self-healing art that reconnects us with Earth and Heaven energy - restoring balance to body, mind, and spirit.
In both group and individual Health Reset programs, and Enlivening Wellness classes, I integrate Yoga, Qi Gong, meditation, and breathwork to support alignment, circulation, vitality, and energetic rebalancing. These practices cultivate presence, release stagnation, strengthen the organs and meridians, and harmonize the Five Elements within.
Current classes:
