Regenerative Health
Free Discovery Call to discuss your health goals and current experience (15 minutes)
Initial Consultation, Full Intake and Initial Protocol Recommendations: $150
With Iridology, Facial and Tongue Reading and Report: $250
I understand that every person, and every budget, is different. I offer two options to support you in your healing journey. Whether you have mild to moderate symptoms, or more complex or long-standing health concerns, or are simply ready to take an empowered step toward greater health and vitality, you can choose from these levels of support:
~ Enliven (Self-Guided with Light Support):
Best for a three month program. Can be extended to go deeper.
This program offers solid support and foundational tools to begin seeing results with minimal guidance.
Includes:
Two 30-minute phone consultations per month
Basic text support (If more in-depth support is needed, additional phone consultations will be scheduled)
Health support product recommendations (direct ordering with options for different budgets)
Personalized protocol and product guidance
Access to curated wellness resources
Investment: $150 per month (products purchased separately)
~ Regenerate (In-depth Guidance & Coaching)
Three or six month program.
This program offers the in-depth, ongoing support and accountability needed to move through deeper layers of healing for deep, lasting regeneration.
Includes:
Ongoing coaching and support via weekly 20 minute calls
Unlimited email/text message support (during business hours)
Fully customized Regenerative Health progressive protocol
Health support product recommendations (direct ordering with options for different budgets)
Guidance on product selection and use
Access to premium educational tools, recipes, and lifestyle resources
Investment: $300 per month or package pricing available (products purchased separately)

Community Acupuncture Wednesdays in Seaview: $45/treatment or $140/4-pack
Integrative Bodywork, Massage & Craniosacral Therapy Sessions
I specialize in Integrative sessions, and also offer single modality sessions. In Integrative sessions, I combine modalities of your choice, including Acupuncture. This combination accesses physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.
$100/hour
Sessions can be scheduled for up to 2 hours.
Yoga/Qi Gong Instruction:
Private instruction: $75/hr $110/90 min
Enlivening Wellness Class: $15/class
